Tesla Model S Autopilot Limited

According to the National Transportation Safety Board, the first known fatal crash of Tesla Model S Autopilot was due to design limitations.  The crash was the result of the driver’s over-reliance on Tesla autopilot technology.The driver at the time took his vehicle on the highway where the crash occurred.  Tesla has warned its drivers that the autopilot should only be used limited-access highways.
