Texting and Driving

We all know that texting and driving is a no-no. According to a recent study conducted by the AAA foundation, “Texting while stopped at a traffic light can negatively affect full driving engagement once the light turns green for an average of 27 seconds after you’ve stopped texting.”  Texting and driving will also cost you a 5 point ticket if an officer sees you texting at a traffic light.

If you receive a summons for speeding, cell phone, or any other moving violation, an experienced traffic ticket attorney can help. Please call us at 212-227-9008 or email us at michaelblock.law@gmail.com.
