NTSB Accident Report Released for deadly Westchester Crash

The NTSB has just released the accident report for the deadly crash in Westchester County. Remember, if your car gets stuck on the train tracks, leave your car immediately. DO NOT stay with your vehicle, even if it does not look like a train is approaching. Once you are away from your vehicle, call the police to let them know where it is stuck. If a crash is not imminent, the police may be able to communicate with the transit services so that an accident can be avoided.
