Avoiding Intersections

Avoiding Intersection is a common ticket in New York State. This is a ticket that is issued by police officers when you take an action to avoid going through an intersection.  An example would be cutting through a parking lot instead of making a turn in the designated turning lane. This ticket carries a fine and 2 points on your license if you are convicted.  Try to avoid the temptation to take shortcuts by avoiding intersections, police are watching and will ticket you if given the opportunity.
