Child seat belt tickets are different from a standard seat belt ticket. An adult seat belt ticket carries zero points and a fine. By contrast a child seat belt tickets carry a fine in addition to three points. These child seat belt tickets can be issued for not wearing a seat belt, not being properly restrained in a car seat, and for being in a car seat that is not the correct size.
