A pedestrian was killed in a hit-and-run accident in Utica. The accident occurred when the pedestrian was crossing the street late Saturday night. The driver was followed home by a Good Samaritan who saw him driving erratically and then called 911. Utica police charged the driver with vehicular manslaughter and driving while intoxicated.
