Taxi cabs in Manhattan and driver suspensions

If you ever try to find a cab in Manhattan during rush hour you know what this article is all about. I suspect the Taxi & Limousine Commission is dealing out driver suspensions more strictly than they have in the past. This may be the real reason cabs are more scarce at rush hour these days. If true, drivers need to fight harder to keep their license points lower.
